We have successfully secured land by way of freehold purchase, unconditional, or with a future uplift payable once planning consent has been granted (via promotion agreement or option agreement). Throughout our industry experience we have also had success in bringing together parties to achieve corporate acquisition or joint venture.

We can take full responsibility for promoting the land through the planning system, with carefully selecting planning consultant partners, while gaining view and support from leading councillors and community bodies. We do this at our cost and risk to secure permission for an alternative use. Alternatively, we can partner to negotiate a sale (unconditional, option or promotion), where the developer purchaser is to take forward planning, ensuring interest of both parties are suitability acknowledged and protected.
